Tokyo Keiki Rail Techno made a presentation at GTC-IR (India) 

Tokyo Keiki Rail Techno (TRT) made a presentation about railway maintenance equipment and technology at GTC-IR (Global Technology Conference - Indian Railway) held in New Delhi, India on May, 2017.

This conference was held on purpose of collecting opinion and information on railway industry from all over the world to adopt the latest technology to Indian railway’s exiting local trains and also to national high speed railway that is targeted to open their first line (Mumbai-Ahmedabad) on 2023. Themes of the conference were wide variety to ‘Safety’, ‘Reliability’, ‘Improvement of performance’, ‘Customer service’ and so forth.

TRT made a presentation titled ‘Introduction of Japanese Railway Inspection System’, and introduced functions rail inspection car, other products of TRT and a trend of the latest technology that are used in Japanese maintenance site.

In 2017 September, Japanese Prime Minster, Mr. Shinzo Abe visited India and attended to a groundbreaking ceremony of Mumbai - Ahmedabad high Speed Rail Project. This will be the first high speed rail way in India, and Japan will export a system of Shinkansen itself as a national project.

For this project, Japan and India signed to Loan Agreement (L/A) of JPY100billion (about USD900million). This is Japan-tied project and participation of company of the Japanese capital is required, so this will be a great opportunity for TRT to export our products and technology to overseas country.

Total length of Indian railway is over 60,000km and that is more than 3times of Japanese railway. Further expansion of railway in India is expected because Indian high speed rail way will be established and maintained henceforth.

We, Tokyo Keiki Rail Techno will make our best effort to enter to Indian market and to make a good use our experience to safe operation of Indian railways.
