We, TOKYO KEIKI RAIL TECHNO INC. participated in the Mass-Trans Innovation Japan 2021 (MTI Japan 2021) held at Makuhari Messe from November 24 (Wed.) to 26 (Fri.), 2021.

According to organizer's announcement, 24717 people visited an this year’s exhibition in total.

At the exthibition, we mainly exhibited the new Switch profile gauge (SPG-7) and the new Portable ultrasonic rail flaw imager (SM-5R).

The New Switch Profile Gauge”ＳＰＧ－７”

The Switch Profile Gauge is a new system for automated turnout inspection and maintenance. The system simultaneously measures the information necessary for calculating the wearing depth of rails and crossings, back gauges, flangeway widths, and track geometry. ”SPG-7” is over 20kg lighter than previous model get easier operation.

The New Portable Ultrasonic Rail Flaw Imager Sono Checker ”ＳＭ－５Ｒ”

The “Sono Checker” is a portable ultrasonic flaw imager developed for railway maintenance. New Sono Checker ”SM-5R” has traditional ease and innovative touch panel allows for intuitive operation.
